OUR BEGINNING
Where Clinical Experience Met an Unmet Need
Over the course of more than 40 years in clinical dermatology practice, our team observed a recurring challenge faced by patients living with eczema, dermatitis, and sensitive skin conditions.
Many conventional soaps available off the shelf contained ingredients that frequently left sensitive skin feeling dry, irritated, or uncomfortable, particularly in tropical climates where heat, humidity, sweat, and frequent cleansing can place additional stress on already compromised skin barriers.
While certain medicated cleansers offered temporary relief, they often lacked the sensory comfort and refinement associated with daily self-care, making long-term usage feel clinical, restrictive, and difficult to sustain consistently.
This growing frustration became the foundation for PANI.
